My experience was very relaxing and it really eases my mind
after a long day. I did find it beneficial because on this deployment my mind,
body some days draining and very tiresome. When I go to my room at the end of my work day
and listen to the loving kindness it was very soothing. I would recommend this to other because it
really help me relax and have a great night of sleep.The concept of mental workout is daily exercising to obtain
fitness. It is proven that overall health, heart and moods, and exercise to
boost energy. It is found that mental exercise help reduce heart disease.
